剧情简介
主人公珊姆表面上是一个传统意义上的美国堪萨斯姑娘，然而事实上她并不能很好地适应自己的这种身份，于是她非常努力地试图融入自己家乡的传统和适应家乡的文化及习俗。当她在失去与接纳之间徘徊挣扎时，她终于找到了一个新的方式帮助自己排解心中的苦闷之情并重新认可真正的自己，那就是唱歌。
